Superb beachfront location with easy access to the beach and short walk to the town center. Convenient starting point to explore the hiking trails in the area.- Surprisingly good food at the hotel restaurant, with the owner going above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable.
Dated decor and some signs of deferred maintenance. Certain areas of the hotel could use some modernization.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The superb location right on the beach allowed me to enjoy amazing views and easy access to the shore. this hotel is conveniently close to everything, as it is just a short walk to the city center of Noli and the start of numerous marked hiking trails. The staff at this hotel was really good, with the senore in charge being generous and a true gentleman. They were really good by not charging us for our wine at dinner and even providing us with free bus tickets.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the convenience of having direct beach access, and the stunning view of the sea from our room. the short walk to local hiking trails allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings. the hotel's restaurant served us a delicious meal one evening, and the generous owner even gave us complimentary bus tickets.
The hotel's decor was outdated and in need of much maintenance. the unclean carpets and peeling paint were a bit of a turn-off.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location is unbeatable, with the beach right at our doorstep. We enjoyed lazy days in the sun and even fell asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. the hotel restaurant surprised us with delicious meals, and the generous owner didn't charge us for the wine. the short walk to town and hiking trails made it easy for us to explore.
The decor and maintenance of the hotel could use some improvement.
